Shipping Policy

We offer subsidized shipping rates at checkout. The rate shown at checkout may differ from the actual carrier cost, which varies by destination country and package weight.

Shipping costs and returns Shipping costs are non-refundable. In all cases of return — whether the parcel was not collected from the pickup point or the customer returns the item after delivery — the full actual carrier cost (outbound) will be deducted from your refund. If the return shipping is arranged by us, the return shipping cost will also be deducted. Upon request, we will provide proof of the actual shipping cost (carrier invoice).
